SKAO has today published version 1.1 of the normative audit days table. The changes are the result of the publication of Handbook 3.1 and an evaluation among CIs of version 1.0. The audit day table serves as an aid in determining the expected time spent by organizations to be certified. In addition to the updated references to Handbook 3.1, the only changes are: the premise that a verified emissions inventory is in place is removed and the time period for a reassessment becomes at least equal to the time spent on an annual assessment (75% of an initial assessment).

The Audit Agent Table provides certification bodies with a guideline for the minimum audit time, based on the size of the organization and the (desired) Ladder level. As of January 1, 2021, the amended table will be normative for determining the duration of each ladder assessment.
